Shipping to the United States
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders of $50 and over.
- We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed Monday through Friday during regular business hours (morning and early afternoon) are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- All shipments are made via USPS Standard Shipping. If you need your items sooner, you can choose an expedited shipping option during checkout.
Free Shipping Eligibility:
- Orders must meet the designated free shipping minimum after all discounts and promotional codes are applied.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely happy with an item, Fig N Roots gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online. You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 48 hours of the original delivery date, except for items marked as final sale or otherwise stated.
- Condition for Returns: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Exclusions: Final sale items are non-returnable.
Please note: We reserve the right to return any product that shows visible signs of wear.
Our Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that they are free from manufacturing defects. We will gladly accept any defective item for a full refund.
How to Complete a Return

- For returns, a fee of $7 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking costs. However, this fee is waived if you choose an exchange or opt for store credit.
